BJP Breakthrough 2016 opens tonight

It’s finally here: our showcase of this year’s BJP Breakthrough winners opens tonight at the Free Range Shows, inside the Old Truman Brewery in London. We’re presenting four photographers – Jan McCullough, Piotr Karpinski, Simone Sapienza and Daragh Soden – who represent some of the best student and graduate talent.

The exhibition opens tonight at 6pm – come down to have a drink with the BJP team, meet the artists and see their work up close. We also have free copies of a special Breakthrough edition of BJP – a guide for students and recent graduates entering professional photography, with features and interviews with past and present Breakthrough winners, as well as tips from editors, curators, magazine founders and publishers on alternate ways of making it in photography. Email rsvp@bjphoto.co.uk to confirm your attendance – see you there!
